I am not a gym junkie, or a dancer, or very athletic for that matter but I love the way that Pilates keeps me mobile, flexible and feeling good within myself.I have been with Pilates International for nearly 12 years now so they must be doing something right. The staff are well trained and very professional in the way they look after their clients and tailor each programme to your specific needs. They delight in seeing people achieve new goals and better fitness. I would thoroughly recommend PIB.
